Located in Sector 1 of Bucharest, this innovative residential building represents a bold architectural concept born from the collaboration between Unio and AOV Architecture. The design focuses on creating a modern, dynamic living space that harmonizes with the urban landscape while offering residents a unique sense of place.
The building rises across six floors, each designed to maximize comfort and functionality while reflecting a contemporary aesthetic. One of the standout features of the design is its striking wave-shaped balconies, which not only serve as functional outdoor spaces but also contribute to the building’s fluid, sculptural form. These undulating, organic curves create a sense of movement and rhythm across the building’s façade, giving it a distinctive identity within the cityscape.
The wave-like structure of the balconies enhances the building’s visual appeal while offering residents privacy and unobstructed views of the surrounding area. The design also ensures optimal natural light and ventilation, creating an environment that fosters both comfort and well-being.
